THE ROLE OF PROFIT IN STAFF MOTIVATION AND REPRODUCTION OF FIXED CAPITAL

Abstract

Profit is the goal and final financial result of the financial and economic activities of any enterprise, an indicator of production efficiency. At the same time, profit is a source for expanded reproduction, which not only replenishes expended production factors (means of production, labor, objects of labor), but also increases not only their quantity but also their quality for a further increase in output. This is the relevance of the research topic. The purpose of the study is to determine the directions of personnel motivation, the use of profit for the purpose of reproduction of fixed capital within the framework of the possibilities provided by the current tax legislation. The role of profit in personnel motivation, in the reproduction of fixed assets is described through the prism of employee participation in the formation and use of profit, the implementation of an active depreciation policy. The research methodology includes various research methods: abstraction, analysis, synthesis, statistical, grouping method, discussion, tabular, etc. The information base of the study is the official reporting data of the Federal Tax Service of Russia, Rosstat, and the authors' publications on the topic under study. The study found that the incentive and regulatory functions of the income tax in terms of staff motivation, improvement of the structure and condition of fixed assets are extremely underutilized by regions.
