Abstract

The implementation of innovative projects in the field of information technology (IT) is a key area of digital transformation of the economy. However, their success depends on a complex of economic factors that determine not only the feasibility of launching, but also the sustainability of development. The purpose of this article is to characterize the economic factors that influence innovative projects in the field of information technology and to assess the relationship between them. This article systematizes the main economic determinants that have a direct and indirect impact on the life cycle of IT innovations, from the ideological stage to commercialization. Special attention is paid to macroeconomic conditions, the investment climate, market conditions, and internal economic aspects of project management. An in-depth analysis of key economic factors affecting innovative projects is conducted, taking into account current trends and challenges. According to the author, the results of the analysis allow for a comprehensive understanding of the economic risks and opportunities for stakeholders in the innovation process. The study used structural-functional analysis and expert-analytical methods. The research was based on scientific publications by Russian economists.
