DEVELOPMENT OF THE COMPANY’S FINANCIAL STRATEGY IN THE CONDITIONS OF FINANCIAL INSTABILITY (ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE COMPANY PJSC "KAMAZ")

Abstract

The relevance of the chosen topic is the need to build a financial strategy of the company in the conditions of financial instability in the economy caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. The article compares the results of the effectiveness of the actual implementation of the strategy of KAMAZ PJSC in 2015-2019 and plans to achieve key performance indicators of the financial strategy in 2021-2025, taking into account the current unstable financial situation in the economy. Much attention is paid to the analysis of the situation on the product sales market, the need to adjust the financial strategy taking into account cost optimization, productivity improvement, profit growth and profitability. The main external risks of the company that the company may face in the conditions of financial instability are identified, and proposals are presented for managing the external risks of the company, ways to attract additional sources of financing, including using the state shield.
