About the Journal

The journal "Financial Management" is included in the current List of Peer-reviewed scientific publications (HAC RF) and the White List (EGPNI). All issues of the journal are indexed in the RSCI (the journal's two-year Impact factor is 0.746) and in the Goolge Scholar database. Articles published in the journal are assigned a digital identifier of the DOI object.

The journal Financial Management has been published since 2001 and has a quarter-century history of covering economic and financial science in Russia. The publication is registered with the Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology and Mass Media, registration certificate No. ПИ ФС 77 – 70275. ISSN 1607-968X.

On the pages of Financial Management, traditional discussions focus on issues of corporate finance and the financial market, financial analysis and planning, the implementation of IFRS in Russian practice, the management of banking and insurance finances, tax and currency management, as well as problems of financial education and personal finance management. Special attention is given to publications on the most relevant topics of financial management, including business and investment project valuation, management of financial resources and assets of Russian companies, modeling of financial stability, assessment of financial risks, and analysis of the situation in financial markets. The goal of the journal is to present readers with new ideas in economic science and the results of their implementation in Russian practice, in a concise “journal” format.

Expanding the scope of its research, Financial Management today covers a wide range of current economic issues in Russia and abroad.

The journal is peer-reviewed; all published materials undergo an originality check.

The publication is included in the current List of the Higher Attestation Commission in the specialties 5.2.3 "Regional and sectoral economics", 5.2.4 "Finance", 5.2.5 "World Economy" and 5.2.6 "Management".

Another direction of our journal - a coverage of the problems financial education. Financial direction is represented at virtually all levels of business education: from the highest to the Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA). On the pages of our magazine, we plan to discuss the competitive advantages of financial programs of leading business schools in Russia, the changing demands of listeners to the content and form of financial programs at different levels of business education.
