ЭКОСИСТЕМА НАУЧНОГО ВОЛОНТЁРСТВА: ФУНКЦИОНАЛЬНЫЙ ПОДХОД К ОЦЕНКЕ МОТИВАЦИИ НАУЧНЫХ ВОЛОНТЕРОВ

В настоящее время в Российской Федерации наблюдается увеличение количества и масштабов проектов научного волонтёрства. Реализация проектов научного волонтёрства имеет множество преимуществ для учёных, политиков и представителей гражданского общества. К преимуществам проектов научного волонтёрства относятся: возможность проводить исследования в более крупных масштабах, повышение научной грамотности населения и расширение возможностей для общественности участвовать в социально значимых научных проектах. Проекты научного волонтёрства существенно зависят от привлекаемых для из реализации научных волонтёров. Понимание того, какие мотивы влияют на участие людей в проектах научного волонтёрства и того почему научные волонтёры продолжают участвовать в проектах, имеет решающее значение для создания и поддержания прочной базы участников проектов научного волонтёрства. Целью данной статьи является литературный обзор ключевых теорий описывающих мотивацию волонтёров, и формирование на их основе инструментария для определения мотивов научных волонтёров побуждающих их принять участие в проекте научного волонтёрства. В первой части статьи приведён краткий обзор существующих теоретических моделей описывающих мотивацию волонтёров. Во второй части статьи представлен адаптированный для целей проектов научного волонтёрства «Volunteer Functions Inventory».
