В условиях международной интеграции у компаний появляются как возможности, так и проблемы в процессе участия в рыночной конкуренции, и, если компания хочет постоянно повышать свою конкурентоспособность, ей необходимо усилить управление каждым звеном на основе обновления концепции управления. В этом процессе значение управления закупками постепенно выходит на первый план, в рамках которого необходимо осуществить оптимизацию и трансформацию соответствующего процесса закупок, снизить себестоимость продукции, а также повысить конкурентоспособность. В работе рассматриваются и раскрываются проблемы, наиболее часто встречающиеся при управлении закупками, выявляются недостатки традиционной системы управления закупками, а также анализируется отчетность строительной организации нефтегазовой отрасли. На основе проведенного анализа были сформированы пути решения проблем и способы автоматизации процессов и внедрение инновационных методов для повышения эффективности системы управления закупками.
In the context of international integration, companies have both opportunities and challenges in the process of participating in market competition, and if the company wants to continuously improve its competitiveness, it needs to strengthen the management of each link based on the renewal of management concept. In this process, the importance of procurement management gradually comes to the forefront, in which it is necessary to carry out the optimization and transformation of the relevant procurement process, reduce the cost of production, and improve competitiveness. The paper examines and reveals the problems most commonly encountered in procurement management, identifies the shortcomings of the traditional procurement management system, and analyzes the reporting of the construction organization of the oil and gas industry. Based on the analysis, the ways of solving problems and ways of automating processes and introducing innovative methods to improve the efficiency of the procurement management system were formed.
