Нефтегазовой комплекс представляет собой один из основополагающих элементов российской экономики. Для ускорения перехода российской экономики к инновационному типу развития газовая отрасль должна выполнять такие задачи, как экспорт не только энергетических ресурсов, но и российских технологий, оборудования и услуг отрасли, цифровизация и интеллектуализация газовой отрасли, оптимизация пространственной инфраструктуры отрасли, а также снижение отрицательного воздействия предприятий газовой отрасли на окружающую среду. Основанием для выявления проблем и перспектив развития газовой отрасли России является анализ структуры газового рынка и технической базы газовой отрасли. Проведенный анализ технической базы газовой отрасли, производственной инфраструктуры добычи, переработки и транспортировки газа позволил выявить особенности производственного процесса в газовой отрасли, основные из которых связаны с непрерывностью технологического процесса, значительной распыленностью производственных объектов и технологического оборудования, удаленностью транспортируемой продукции от исполнителя, пожароопасностью и взрывоопасностью производственных процессов, что подтверждает необходимость государственного регулирования, контроля и поддержки газовой отрасли для достижения стратегических целей инновационного развития.
The oil and gas complex is one of the fundamental elements of the Russian economy. To accelerate the transition of the Russian economy to an innovative type of development, the gas industry must perform tasks such as exporting not only energy resources, but also Russian technologies, equipment and services of the industry, digitalization and intellectualization of the gas industry, optimization of the spatial infrastructure of the industry, as well as reducing the negative impact of gas industry enterprises on the environment. The basis for identifying problems and prospects for the development of the Russian gas industry is the analysis of the structure of the gas market and the technical base of the gas industry. The analysis of the technical base of the gas industry, the production infrastructure of gas extraction, processing and transportation allowed us to identify the features of the production process in the gas industry, the main of which are related to the continuity of the technological process, significant dispersion of production facilities and technological equipment, the remoteness of the transported products from the contractor, fire and explosion hazard of production processes, which confirms the need for state regulation, control and support of the gas industry to achieve strategic goals of innovative development.
