      <abstract>
        <p>Активное внедрение генеративного искусственного интеллекта (GenAI) в образова - тельные программы бизнес-школ актуализирует проблему влияния технологической насыщенности на восприятие качества обучения и репутацию учебных заведений. В сегменте Executive Education, ориентированном на руководителей, данная проблема остается недостаточно изученной. Цель иссле- дования – оценить влияние различных уровней интеграции GenAI в программы Executive Education на институциональное доверие слушателей. Гипотеза о том, что высокий уровень технологичности будет способствовать росту доверия, проверялась экспериментально. Научная новизна заключается в выявлении парадоксальной обратной зависимости между интенсивностью использования GenAI и доверием к образовательной программе у данной категории респондентов, а также в демонстра - ции роли предшествующего опыта работы с искусственным интеллектом. Методология основана на экспериментальном дизайне со сценарным подходом: 60 респондентов случайным образом рас - пределялись по трём сценариям, различающимся уровнем интеграции GenAI в программу обучения (высокий, средний, минимальный), после чего оценивали своё отношение к программе по 5-балльной шкале Лайкерта. Результаты показали, что максимальный уровень доверия (3,8) и готовности рекомендовать программу (3,8) соответствует традиционному сценарию с минимальным использо - ванием GenAI, тогда как высокотехнологичный сценарий получил наименьшие оценки (2,8). Уста - новлено, что 37% респондентов никогда не использовали GenAI, именно эта группа демонстрирует самый низкий уровень доверия (2,86), в то время как активные пользователи оценивают доверие существенно выше (4). Во всех сценариях зафиксирован скептицизм в отношении способности GenAI повысить качество обучения (средние оценки ниже 3). Практическая значимость состоит в обо - сновании рекомендаций по сбалансированной интеграции GenAI как опционального вспомогатель - ного инструмента, не вытесняющего традиционные методы, и необходимости демонстрации его полезности и безопасности для преодоления барьеров недоверия. Перспективы дальнейших исследо - ваний включают проведение лонгитюдных исследований, расширение выборки и анализ возрастных и профессиональных различий в восприятии технологий генеративного искусственного интеллекта.</p>
