В статье рассматривается управленческий подход к архитектонике цифровой организации как ключевому инструменту создания целостной, адаптивной и управляемой структуры предприятия в цифровую эпоху. Автором анализируются основные понятия корпоративной архитектуры, цифровой трансформации и управление архитектоникой на стратегическом и операционном уровнях, представлен обзор современных концепций. Научный результат заключается в формализации понятия «архитектоника цифровой организации» как интегративной управленческой конструкции; построении измеряемой модели зрелости архитектоники; эмпирическом подтверждении влияния согласованности архитектурных компонентов на цифровую зрелость; разработке интегрального индекса архитектонической зрелости. Новизна работы состоит в переходе от рассмотрения корпоративной архитектуры как ИТ-функции к трактовке архитектоники как управленческого мета-уровня, обеспечивающего структурную целостность цифровой организации. В статье представлена структурная модель архитектоники цифровой организации, интегрирующая стратегико-управленческий, организационный, информационный, технологический, экосистемный компоненты и архитектуру изменений.
This article examines a management approach to digital organizational architecture as a key tool for creating a coherent, adaptive, and manageable enterprise structure in the digital age. The author analyzes the basic concepts of corporate architecture, digital transformation, and architecture management at the strategic and operational levels, and provides an overview of modern concepts. The scientific result consists of the formalization of the concept of "digital organization architecture" as an integrative management construct; the construction of a measurable model of architecture maturity; empirical confirmation of the influence of the consistency of architectural components on digital maturity; and the development of an integral index of architecture maturity. The novelty of this work lies in its shift from viewing corporate architecture as an IT function to interpreting architecture as a managerial meta-level that ensures the structural integrity of a digital organization. The article presents a structural model of digital organization architecture that integrates strategic, managerial, organizational, business, information, technological, ecosystem, and change architecture components.
