В данной статье проведен анализ роли институциональной среды в обеспечении устойчивого развития дотационных регионов. Это исследование демонстрирует важность создания институциональных условий, которые способствуют балансу между экономическими интересами, социальными потребностями и экологической устойчивостью. Здесь были рассмотрены вопросы создания системы эффективных институтов, обеспечивающих защиту прав собственности, борьбу с коррупцией и прозрачность экономической среды, которая позволила бы дотационным регионам выйти на траекторию устойчивого развития. Были изучены точки зрения различных авторов, как зарубежных, так и отечественных, исследующих проблемы функционирования институтов в обществе. Особое внимание уделяется необходимости комплексного подхода к развитию институциональной среды, учитывающего специфику рассматриваемого региона. В работе приведены данные Федеральной службы государственной статистики, на основе которых был проведен сравнительный анализ изменения показателей институциональной среды предпринимательского сектора. Цель статьи заключается в анализе влияния формальных и неформальных институтов на формирование устойчивого развития Республики Ингушетия, выявлении ключевых проблем и разработке рекомендаций по совершенствованию институциональной среды данного региона. На основе анализа данных сделаны выводы о перспективах развития Республики Ингушетия и предложены конкретные рекомендации по совершенствованию институциональной среды региона.
This article analyzes the role of the institutional environment in ensuring the sustainable development of subsidized regions. This study demonstrates the importance of creating institutional conditions that promote a balance between economic interests, social needs, and environmental sustainability. Here we considered the creation of a system of effective institutions that ensure the protection of property rights, the fight against corruption and the transparency of the economic environment, which would allow subsidized regions to enter the trajectory of sustainable development. The points of view of various authors, both foreign and domestic, exploring the problems of the functioning of institutions in society were studied. Particular attention is paid to the need for an integrated approach to the development of the institutional environment, taking into account the specifics of the region under consideration. The paper contains data from the Federal State Statistics Service, on the basis of which a comparative analysis of changes in the indicators of the institutional environment of the business sector was carried out. the purpose of the article is to analyze the influence of formal and informal institutions on the formation of sustainable development of the Republic of Ingushetia, identify key problems and develop recommendations for improving the institutional environment of this region. Based on the analysis of the data, conclusions were drawn on the prospects for the development of the Republic of Ingushetia and specific recommendations were proposed to improve the institutional environment of the region.
