Диспропорции регионального развития являются устойчивым феноменом современности. В статье предпринята попытка проследить эволюцию развития теоретических взглядов ученых на эту область научного познания. Изучены как классические модели, так и современные концепции преодоления пространственного развития. Особое внимание уделяется вкладу российских ученых в определении понятия региональных диспропорций. Материалы подготовлены в призме конкретного региона, на примере Иркутской области, как классического примера внутренней региональной поляризации. Определены виды диспропорций развития Иркутской области и структура факторов формирования социально-экономических диспропорций в регионе. Проанализирована динамика различных факторов, влияющих на социально-экономические диспропорции развития Иркутской области таких как доходы бюджета на душу населения, объем промышленного производства на душу населения, инвестиции в основной капитал на душу населения, ВРП на душе населения, соотношение реальной и номинальной заработной платы, рождаемость в России и Иркутской области, численность миграции и естественной убыли населения в Иркутской области за 2018-2024 и другие показатели. Сделаны выводы о возможностях преодоления диспропорций социально-экономического развития региона.
Disproportions of regional development are a stable phenomenon of modern times. The article attempts to trace the evolution of the development of scientists theoretical views on this area of scientific knowledge. Both classical models and modern concepts of overcoming spatial development are studied. Special attention is paid to the contribution of Russian scientists in defining the concept of regional disproportions. The materials are prepared in the context of a specific region, using the example of the Irkutsk Region, as a classic example of internal regional polarization. The types of disproportions in the development of the Irkutsk Region and the structure of factors that contribute to the formation of socioeconomic disproportions in the region are identified. The dynamics of various factors affecting the socio-economic disproportions of the Irkutsk Region's development, such as budget revenues per capita, industrial production per capita, investments in fixed assets per capita, gross regional product per capita, the ratio of real and nominal wages, the birth rate in Russia and the Irkutsk Region, the number of migrants and natural population decline in the Irkutsk Region from 2018 to 2024, and other indicators, have been analyzed. Conclusions have been drawn about the possibilities of overcoming the socio-economic disproportions of the region's development.
