Цель написания статьи – исследование сущностных особенностей системы факторов добровольных рынков углерода. Определено место добровольных рынков в структуре региональных экономик как механизма перераспределения спроса и предложения выбросов квот тСО2 или углеродных единиц с целью их снижения и трансформации экономики в сторону сбалансированности и «озеленения». Рассмотрены меры менеджмента по повышению эффективности функционирования добровольных рынков углерода, росту выпуска объемов низкоуглеродной продукции, выравнивания устойчивости экономики регионов.

The purpose of writing the article is to study the essential features of the system of factors of voluntary carbon markets. The place of voluntary markets in the structure of regional economies as a mechanism for redistributing supply and demand for tCO2 quota emissions or carbon units in order to reduce them and transform the economy towards balance and "greening" is determined. Management measures to improve the efficiency of voluntary carbon markets, increase the output of low-carbon products, and equalizing the stability of regional economies.
