В статье рассматривается влияние санкций на актуальную динамику развития транспортных проектов РФ, в частности в рамках привлечения иностранного финансирования в формате концессионных проектов. Авторами обосновывается междисциплинарная связь и необходимость использования различных методологических подходов к изучению особенностей концессионных проектов в транспортной сфере. Статистический анализ позволил выявить тенденции проектного финансирования транспортной отрасли к разным федеральным проектам. Приводится характеристика и формируются перспективы развития транспортной инфраструктуры страны в условиях усиления импортозамещения и ограниченности иностранного инвестирования в транспортную сферу России. Выявлены отличия в российской и зарубежной практике привлечения иностранных концессионеров в инфрастуктурные проекты. Обоснованы преимущества государственно-частного партнерства в реализации проектов развития транспортной отрасли.
The article examines the impact of sanctions on the current dynamics of development of transport projects in the Russian Federation, in particular in the context of attracting foreign financing in the format of concession projects. The authors substantiate the interdisciplinary connection and the need to use various methodological approaches to studying the features of concession projects in the transport sector. Statistical analysis allowed us to identify trends in project financing of the transport industry in various federal projects. The characteristics are given and prospects for the development of the country's transport infrastructure are formed in the context of increasing import substitution and limited foreign investment in the transport sector of Russia. Differences in Russian and foreign practice of attracting foreign concessionaires to infrastructure projects are revealed. The advantages of public-private partnership in the implementation of transport development projects are substantiated.
