В научной статье представлен обзор научной литературы по проблемам сокращения затрат, справедливого формирования цен на сельскохозяйственную продукцию и роста прибыльности сельскохозяйственных организаций. Отмечено, что наибольший удельный вес в структуре затрат на производство и продажу сельскохозяйственной продукции принадлежит материальным затратам. Выявлено, что индексы цен производителей зерна отстают от потребительских цен на продукцию его переработки. При этом индексы цен производителей картофеля и овощей существенно превышают потребительские цены на плодоовощную продукцию, особенно в 2020 и 2021 годах. Указано, что в 2023 году цены производителей и потребительские цены на мясо и птицу выросли на 15 процентов. Отмечено, что в 2022 году наблюдались высокие значения индексов цен производителей и потребительских цен на молоко, а в 2023 году цены производителей молока снизились на 10 процентов. В 2023 году выявлен рост цен производителей яйца и потребительских цен на яйцо почти на 70 процентов. Определено, что число сельскохозяйственных организаций за 5 лет сократилось на 31 процент. Доля прибыльных сельскохозяйственных организаций превышает долю убыточных, сальдированный финансовый результат является прибылью. Рентабельность продаж в растениеводстве и животноводстве стремительно растет.
The scientific article presents a review of scientific literature on the problems of reducing costs, fair pricing of agricultural products and increasing the profitability of agricultural organizations. It is noted that the largest share in the structure of costs of production and sale of agricultural products belongs to material costs. It was revealed that grain producer price indices lag behind consumer prices for processed products. At the same time, producer price indices for potatoes and vegetables significantly exceed consumer prices for fruits and vegetables, especially in 2020 and 2021. It is indicated that in 2023, producer prices and consumer prices for meat and poultry increased by 15 percent. It is noted that in 2022, high values of producer price indices and consumer prices for milk were observed, and in 2023, milk producer prices decreased by 10 percent. In 2023, an increase in egg producer prices and consumer prices for eggs was revealed by almost 70 percent. It has been determined that the number of agricultural organizations has decreased by 31 percent over 5 years. The share of profitable agricultural organizations exceeds the share of unprofitable ones, the balanced financial result is a profit. The profitability of sales in crop and livestock farming is growing rapidly.
