Аннотация Преследуется цель разработки научно-обоснованных методических рекомендаций для оценки и прогнозирования устойчивости развития ТЭК в регионах России, адаптированных к новой стратегии пространственной организации экономики России и поддерживающих ее практическую реализацию в отечественной региональной экономике, а также апробации авторских рекомендаций на примере федеральных округов России и определение перспективы более полного раскрытия потенциала ТЭК в области его устойчивого развития в региональной экономике на примере регионов Центрального федерального округа (ЦФО) России в период до 2030 г. Разработанные авторские научно-методические рекомендации для оценки и прогнозирования устойчивости развития ТЭК в регионах России успешно прошли апробацию на примере федеральных округов нашей страны. Составлен авторский прогноз, раскрывший перспективу устойчивого развития ТЭК в региональной экономике ЦФО России в период до 2030 г., а также дополнен научно-практическими рекомендациями для воплощения выявленной перспективы. Разработанные методические рекомендации будут полезны для государственных регуляторов ТЭК в отечественных регионах, так как расширят их возможности контроля над электроэнергетикой. Комплексное внедрение авторских методических разработок и практических рекомендаций в ЦФО позволит более полно раскрыть потенциал экономического развития данного федерального округа с опорой на устойчивый ТЭК.
Abstract The objective is to develop scientifically based methodological recommendations for assessing and forecasting the sustainability of the fuel and energy complex development in the regions of Russia, adapted to the new strategy of spatial organization of the Russian economy and supporting its practical implementation in the domestic regional economy, as well as testing the author's recommendations on the example of federal districts of Russia and determining the prospects for a more complete disclosure of the fuel and energy complex potential in the field of its sustainable development in the regional economy on the example of the regions of the Central Federal District (CFD) of Russia in the period up to 2030. The developed author's scientific and methodological recommendations for assessing and forecasting the sustainability of the fuel and energy complex development in the regions of Russia have been successfully tested on the example of the federal districts of our country. The author's forecast has been compiled, revealing the prospect of sustainable development of the fuel and energy complex in the regional economy of the Central Federal District of Russia in the period up to 2030, and also supplemented with scientific and practical recommendations for the implementation of the identified prospect. The developed methodological recommendations will be useful for state regulators of the fuel and energy complex in domestic regions, as they will expand their ability to control the electric power industry. The comprehensive implementation of the author's methodological developments and practical recommendations in the Central Federal District will allow for a more complete disclosure of the economic development potential of this federal district based on a sustainable fuel and energy complex.
