В статье на основе критического подхода авторов к понятию «экономические точки роста» предложено авторское определение, под которым предложено понимать предприятия, отрасли, проекты или инициативы, которые, основываясь на интеграции цифровых технологий, инновационных подходов и стратегического управления, обладают способностью генерировать мультипликативные эффекты, трансформировать экономические и социальные структуры, стимулировать модернизацию смежных секторов, привлекать капиталовложения, повышать производительность труда, а также улучшать качество жизни населения. С учетом современных условий развития и трендов дополнены существующие подходы к условиям формирования экономических точек роста следующими условиями: цифровизация и технологическая трансформация, устойчивое развитие, гибкость и адаптивность, сетевой эффект, культура бизнеса. Разработана концепция пространственного развития региона на основе экономических точек роста, которая представляет собой систему научно обоснованных представлений, включающую: анализ текущего состояния и выявление точек роста; формирование принципов пространственного развития; определение целевых задач и ключевых объектов; разработку методов и инструментов управления развитием; построение интеграционной модели устойчивого экономического роста.
Based on the authors' critical approach to the concept of «economic growth points», the article offers an author's definition, which suggests understanding enterprises, industries, projects or initiatives that, based on the integration of digital technologies, innovative approaches and strategic management, have the ability to generate multiplicative effects, transform economic and social structures, and stimulate the modernization of related sectors., attract capital investments, increase labor productivity, and improve the quality of life of the population. Taking into account modern development conditions and trends, the existing approaches to the conditions for the formation of economic growth points have been supplemented by the following conditions: digitalization and technological transformation, sustainable development, flexibility and adaptability, network effect, business culture. The concept of spatial development of the region based on economic growth points has been developed, which is a system of scientifically based ideas, including: analysis of the current state and identification of growth points; formation of principles of spatial development; identification of targets and key objects; development of methods and tools for development management; building an integration model of sustainable economic growth.
