Ключевым руслом цифровой трансформации предприятий инвестиционно-строительной сферы является внедрение технологий информационного моделирования. По содержательной характеристике процесс внедрения технологий информационного моделирования на предприятиях можно назвать цифровой трансформацией, имеющей комплексный характер и затрагивающей различные подсистемы управления организацией – техническую, технологическую, социальную, и экономическую, а глубина изменений в производственном процессе, достигаемая с помощью технологий информационного моделирования, может быть охарактеризована как переход на новый технологический уклад. Статья направлена на разработку методического подхода к формированию стратегии цифровой трансформации предприятий инвестиционно-строительной сферы, направленной на внедрение технологий информационного моделирования, что определено в качестве цели исследования. Для ее достижения с учетом использования комплекса методов, включая анализ, синтез, сравнение, идеализацию, аналогию, группировку, описание, а также моделирование, выполнено исследование подходов к формированию стратегии цифровой трансформации, разработка положений методического подхода к формированию стратегии цифровой трансформации предприятий инвестиционно-строительной сферы, направленной на внедрение внедрения технологий информационного моделирования, а также определение показателей оценки эффективности реализации стратегии цифровой трансформации предприятий инвестиционно-строительной сферы, направленной на внедрение внедрения технологий информационного моделирования.
Nowadays, digitalization and digital transformation are the main directions of the development of the economy, its constituent industries and enterprises. The key direction of digital transformation of enterprises in the investment and construction sector is the introduction of building information modeling. According to the substantive characteristics, the process of implementing building information modeling at enterprises can be called a digital transformation of a complex nature and affecting various subsystems of organization management - technical, technological, social, and economic, and the depth of changes in the production process achieved with building information modeling can be characterized as a transition to a new technological order. The article is aimed at developing a methodological approach to the formation of a digital transformation strategy for enterprises in the investment and construction sphere, aimed at introducing building information modeling, which is defined as the goal of the study. To achieve this, a set of methods was used, including analysis, synthesis, comparison, idealization, analogy, grouping, description, and modeling.
