Рассматриваются актуальные вопросы роста объемов производства продукции российскими промышленными предприятия. На основе анализа рядов динамики базисных и отчетных показателей объемов выпуска, инвестиций, рентабельности отдельных видов деятельности показаны линии роста выпуска продукции, факторы благоприятствующие и угнетающие экономический рост. В последние два года радикально изменилась макроэкономическая ситуация для функционирования промышленности, изменилась ее роль мирохозяйственных процессах. Развернутые в авральном порядке процессы импортозамещения, стимулирования увеличения производства в отдельных отраслях показали достаточную успешность такого, пусть пока и очень ограниченного по направлениям, действенного вмешательства государства в экономические процессы, что показывает положительная динамика всех ключевых показателей развития экономики РФ и ее промышленного комплекса. Материалы исследования актуальны при формировании комплекса элементов промышленной политики страны. Рекомендуются меры стимулирования роста объемов производства путем действенных мер управления экономикой, соответствующих требованиям национальной безопасности и ускоренного формирования технологического суверенитета в критически значимых видах экономической деятельности.
Topical issues of increasing the growth rate of production volumes by Russian industrial enterprises are considered. On the basis of the analysis of the series of dynamics of basic and reporting indicators of output, investment, profitability of individual types of activity, the lines of growth in output, factors favorable and depressing economic growth are shown. In the last two years, the macroeconomic situation for the functioning of industry has changed radically, its role in world economic processes has changed. The processes of import substitution and stimulation of increased production in certain industries have shown sufficient success of such effective state intervention in economic processes, albeit still very limited in areas, which is shown by the positive dynamics of all key indicators of the development of the economy of the Russian Federation and its industrial complex. The materials of the study are relevant in the formation of a complex of elements of industrial political. Measures are recommended to stimulate the growth of production volumes through effective measures of economic management that meet the requirements of national security and the accelerated formation of technological sovereignty in critical types of economic activity.
