В сложившихся внешних и внутренних условиях возникла необходимость выработки направлений развития отраслей экономики России, что окажет существенное влияние на раскрытие экономического потенциала регионов нашей страны. Исследование механизма стимулирования авиатранспортной отрасли посредством господдержки, а также финансово-кредитными, инновационными и инвестиционными инструментами, позволяет вывести экономику на новый уровень, особенно в отдалённых, но перспективных регионах, таких как Дальний Восток, Арктика, Якутия, Приморский край и др. Это способствует раскрытию новых экономических возможностей перспективных центров России. Автор делает выводы, что существующие внешние и внутренние вызовы требуют трансформации механизма развития авиатранспортной отрасли с учётом государственной поддержки через национальные программы, а также обновления авиапарка через использование финансового лизинга, строительства и реконструкции авиационных хабов в регионах, возможностей финансово-кредитной системы, механизма субсидирования и организации кластеров.
In the current external and internal conditions, it has become necessary to develop directions for the development of Russian economic sectors, which will have a significant impact on the disclosure of the economic potential of the regions of our country. The study of the mechanism for stimulating the air transport industry through state support, as well as financial and credit, innovative and investment tools, allows us to bring the economy to a new level, especially in remote but promising regions such as the Far East, the Arctic, Yakutia, Primorsky Krai, etc. This contributes to the disclosure of new economic opportunities for promising Russian centers. The author concludes that the existing external and internal challenges require the transformation of the mechanism for the development of the air transport industry, taking into account state support through national programs, as well as the renewal of the fleet through the use of financial leasing, construction and reconstruction of aviation hubs in the regions, the possibilities of the financial and credit system, the mechanism of subsidies and the organization of clusters.
