Статья посвящена анализу углеродного регулирования в контексте развития климатических финансов на примере Китая. В работе рассматриваются ключевые аспекты и методы углеродного регулирования, которые Китай применяет для достижения своих целей по низкоуглеродному развитию. Особое внимание уделяется роли национальной системы торговли квотами на выбросы углерода, а также взаимодействию государственных и частных финансовых ресурсов в рамках национальной политики. Анализируются последствия такого регулирования для экономического развития и устойчивости, а также перспективы для международного сотрудничества в области климата. Статья основывается на обзоре актуальной литературы, анализе официальных документов и данных, а также на исследовании китайского практического опыта. The article is devoted to the analysis of carbon regulation in the context of climate finance using the example of China. The paper examines the key aspects and methods of carbon regulation that China uses to achieve its climate goals. Special attention is paid to the role of the national carbon trading system, as well as the interaction of public and private financial resources within the framework of this policy. The implications of such regulation for economic development and sustainability are analyzed, as well as possible challenges and prospects for international cooperation in the field of climate. The article is based on a review of current literature, an analysis of official documents and data, as well as a study of the practical experience of Chinese policy in this area.
