Статья посвящена актуальным вопросам развития механизмов формирования и реализации финансовых стратегий предприятий и организаций в условиях цифровой трансформации. На основании компаративного анализа ряда существующих определений категории «финансовая стратегия предприятия» дается авторская дефиниция. В статье рассмотрена система связей, существующих между отдельными аспектами механизма финансового планирования предприятия и цифровой трансформацией экономики; выделены факторы, обуславливающие объективную необходимость развития финансовой стратегии предприятий в цифровой экономике. Также рассмотрены важнейшие эффекты, оказываемые цифровизацией экономики на финансовые стратегии предприятий.
The article is devoted to topical issues of the development of mechanisms for the formation and implementation of financial strategies of enterprises and organizations in the context of digital transformation. Based on a comparative analysis of a number of existing definitions of the category "financial strategy of an enterprise", the author's definition is given. The article examines the system of links existing between certain aspects of the financial planning mechanism of an enterprise and the digital transformation of the economy; highlights the factors that determine the objective need for the development of the financial strategy of enterprises in the digital economy. The most important effects of the digitalization of the economy on the financial strategies of enterprises are also considered.
