В статье рассматриваются теоретические и методологические вопросы экономической цикличности и обосновываются методические подходы к диагностике аграрных кризисов в экономике Российской Федерации, основанные на системе критериев и индикаторов, характеризующих динамику экономической деятельности во временных рамках экономических циклов. Также рассмотрены вопросы теории экономической цикличности и возможности прикладного использования теоретических наработок, в том числе и путем формирования индикаторов системы критериев диагностики кризисов в аграрном секторе, обусловленных экономической цикличностью. Дан анализ условий функционирования сельского хозяйства России, сильных и слабых сторон, предложены методические подходы, позволяющие проводить диагностику аграрных кризисов в рамках отдельных групп критериев. Рассмотрены методики и методы диагностики негативных явлений в аграрном секторе.
The article discusses theoretical and methodological issues of economic cyclicity and substantiates methodological approaches to the diagnosis of agrarian crises in the economy of the Russian Federation based on a system of criteria and indicators characterizing the dynamics of economic activity in the time frame of economic cycles. The issues of the theory of economic cyclicity and the possibility of applying theoretical developments are also considered, including through the formation of indicators of a system of criteria for diagnosing crises in the agricultural sector caused by economic cyclicity. The analysis of the conditions of functioning of agriculture in Russia, strengths and weaknesses is given, methodological approaches are proposed that make it possible to diagnose agrarian crises within separate groups of criteria. The methods and methods of diagnostics of negative phenomena in the agricultural sector are considered.
