Статья посвящена обоснованию перспектив роста инвестиционной активности российской промышленности с учетом реализации дополнительных возможностей по импортозамещению, государственной поддержке и госзаказа. Стимулирующий рост российской экономики в 2023 г. в большей степени был обусловлен переориентацией отечественного рынка на внутренний спрос, при этом внутренний спрос значительно превысил возможности расширения производства товаров и услуг. Актуальность и новизна исследования заключаются в рассмотрении причинно-следственных связей по формированию перспектив роста инвестиционной активности отечественной промышленности. В качестве базовых параметров обеспечения экономического роста в РФ выделен прирост потенциала отечественной промышленности и формирование значительного положительного разрыва выпуска. Выделены ключевые факторы, обусловливающие дальнейшие перспективы роста инвестиций в промышленный сектор, обоснованы причины неоднородности отраслевой структуры инвестиционной активности в России.
The article is devoted to substantiating the prospects for growth in investment activity of Russian industry, taking into account the implementation of additional opportunities for import substitution, state support and government orders. The stimulating growth of the Russian economy in 2023 was largely due to the reorientation of the domestic market towards domestic demand, while domestic demand significantly exceeded the possibilities for expanding the production of goods and services. The relevance and novelty of the study lies in the consideration of cause-and-effect relationships in the formation of prospects for the growth of investment activity in the domestic industry. The increase in the potential of domestic industry and the formation of a significant positive output gap are identified as the basic parameters for ensuring economic growth in the Russian Federation. The key factors determining further prospects for the growth of investments in the industrial sector are identified, and the reasons for the heterogeneity of the sectoral structure of investment activity in Russia are substantiated.
