В статье исследуются способы оценки инновационного климата регионов, благодаря которым заинтересованные стороны в развитии инновационного климата региона способны принимать взвешенные решения. Современные, постоянно меняющиеся условия обязывают иметь актуальную и своевременную информацию о состоянии региона, для эффективного развития инновационного климата и взаимодействия заинтересованных сторон. Оценка инновационного климата выявляет слабые и сильные стороны, помогает направить вектор развития и усилить конкурентное преимущество, а также способствует обмену опытом и информацией между регионами для собственного развития.

The article examines ways to assess the innovation climate of regions, thanks to which stakeholders in the development of the region's innovation climate are able to make informed decisions. Modern, constantly changing conditions require us to have relevant and timely information about the state of the region for the effective development of an innovation climate and interaction between stakeholders. Assessing the innovation climate reveals strengths and weaknesses, helps direct the vector of development and strengthen competitive advantage. It also promotes the exchange of experience and information between regions for their own development.
