В современных условиях конкурентной борьбы на рынке среди производителей экономических благ существует необходимость в выборе оптимальной стратегии управления своими ресурсными возможностями. Принятие эффективных управленческих решений возможно только в условиях четкого понимания степени эффективности использования различных материальных, финансовых и трудовых ресурсов, которыми владеет предприятие. Под ресурсным потенциалом понимается совокупность материальных и интеллектуальных ресурсов, обладающих количественными и качественными характеристиками, а также способности и навыки эффективного использования и управления материальными и финансовыми ресурсами. Ресурсный потенциал предприятия – это сложная, многогранная и многоуровневая категория, и, в связи с этим, закономерности его функционирования (формирования, использования и развития) могут быть раскрыты только на основе комплексного системного исследования. Сложность применения существующих комплексных методик оценок ресурсного потенциала предприятия связана с тем, они не учитывают специфику деятельности предприятия. Разработанная методика оценки ресурсного потенциала авиакомпании базируется на существующей комплексной оценке ресурсного потенциала предприятия, дополненная анализом показателей, отражающих специфику авиационной отрасли. В результате проведенного анализа по усовершенствованной методике оценки ресурсного потенциала авиакомпании был сделан вывод о том, что эффективность ресурсного потенциала рассматриваемой авиакомпании снижается.
In modern conditions of competitive struggle in the market among producers of economic goods there is a need to choose the optimal strategy for managing their resource capabilities. Effective management decisions can be made only in the conditions of a clear understanding of the degree of efficiency of the use of various material, financial and labour resources that the enterprise possesses. Under the resource potential is understood a set of material and intellectual resources with quantitative and qualitative characteristics, as well as abilities and skills of effective use and management of material and financial resources. The resource potential of an enterprise is a complex, multifaceted and multilevel category, and, in this regard, the regularities of its functioning (formation, use and development) can be revealed only on the basis of complex system research. The complexity of applying the existing comprehensive methods of assessing the resource potential of the enterprise is due to the fact that they do not take into account the specifics of the enterprise's activities. The developed methodology for assessing the resource potential of the airline is based on the existing comprehensive assessment of the resource potential of the enterprise, supplemented by the analysis of indicators reflecting the specifics of the aviation industry. As a result of the analysis of the improved methodology for assessing the resource potential of the airline company, it was concluded that the efficiency of the resource potential of the airline company under consideration is declining.
