В работе проведен анализ научно-правовой базы, определяющей особенности развития цифровизации отрасли топливно-энергетического комплекса (далее – ТЭК) в РФ. Рассмотрены основные аспекты, влияющие на процесс цифровой трансформации предприятий ТЭК в условиях внешней геополитической обстановки. Сделан вывод о недостаточности научной базы для ряда параметров, являющихся неотъемлемой структурой цифровизации отрасти ТЭК. В процессе рассмотрения научных работ определена взаимосвязь процесса изучения цифровизации с инвестиционной деятельностью предприятия и инновациями. Проведен анализ внедрения цифровизации на предприятиях ТЭК в РФ. Рассмотрено, как внедрение цифровых технологий позволило увеличить уровень конкурентоспособности различных предприятий ТЭК на внутреннем рынке. Приведены результаты внедрения различных аспектов цифровизации на примере конкретных предприятий. Определено, что внедрение цифровых технологий и процессов на различных уровнях производств и промышленности является неотъемлемой частью конкурентоспособности отрасли ТЭК. По итогу работу сделан вывод о необходимости разработки новой актуальной модели для оценки конкурентоспособности предприятий ТЭК в РФ в современных условиях их функционирования.
The work analyzed the scientific and legal framework determining the specifics of the development of digitalization of the fuel and energy complex (hereinafter referred to as the fuel and energy complex) in the Russian Federation. The main aspects affecting the process of digital transformation of fuel and energy enterprises in the context of the external geopolitical situation were considered. It was concluded that the scientific base is insufficient for a number of parameters that are an integral structure of digitalization of the fuel and energy complex. In the process of considering scientific works, the relationship of the process of studying digitalization with the investment activities of the enterprise and innovations was determined. The analysis of introduction of digitalization at the energy industry enterprises is carried out to the Russian Federation. It was considered how the introduction of digital technologies made it possible to increase the level of competitiveness of various fuel and energy complex enterprises in the domestic market. The results of the introduction of various aspects of digitalization are given on the example of specific enterprises. It is determined that the introduction of digital technologies and processes at various levels of production and industry is not possible.
