Нестабильная политическая, экономическая и эпидемиологическая ситуация в мире в последние несколько лет обусловила ряд изменений как в мировых тенденциях развития туризма и гостеприимства, так и в направлениях развития туристской сферы России. В данных условиях намечаются новые векторы развития туризма и, как следствие, масштабирование его влияния на экономику Российской Федерации. В статье приведен анализ текущей ситуации в туризме и факторов его развития в мире и России, рассмотрены основные триггеры для развития внутреннего, въездного и выездного туризма, приведены риски развития туристской индустрии России, соответствующие неблагоприятным факторам, а также предложена миссия и целевые установки новой стратегии развития туризма в Российской Федерации. Также в статье рассматривается роль туристской индустрии как драйвера роста ключевых экономических, культурных, образовательных и других стратегических ресурсов развития России.
The unstable political, economic and epidemiological situation in the world over the past few years has led to a number of changes both in global trends in the development of tourism and hospitality, and in the directions of development of the tourism sector in Russia. Under these conditions, new vectors of tourism development are being outlined and, as a result, the scaling of its impact on the economy of the Russian Federation. The article analyzes the current situation in tourism and the factors of its development in the world and Russia, considers the main triggers for the development of domestic, inbound and outbound tourism, presents the risks of the development of the tourism industry in Russia, corresponding to unfavorable factors, and also offers options for missions and targets of the new strategy for the development of tourism in the Russian Federation. The article also examines the role of the tourism industry as a driver of the growth of key economic, cultural, educational and other strategic resources for the development of Russia.
