В статье рассматриваются роль инноваций и технологий в стратегическом развитии российских компаний, рассмотрены основные механизмы влияния ограничений инновационно-технологического менеджмента (рост издержек, ограничение доступа к технологиям, кадровый дефицит). На примере релевантных трудов зарубежных и российских исследователей показано, как эти ограничения влияют на показатели рентабельности, инвестиционную привлекательность и капитальные затраты. Предложена классификация влияния ограничений по измеримым финансовым и инновационным показателям. Доказано замедление инновационной активности российских компаний под воздействием ограничений. Проведён сравнительный анализ влияния ограничений на эффективность стратегий в отраслевом разрезе, а также рассмотрены последствия ограничений для стратегий модернизации и цифровизации на примере некоторых российских компаний. Рассмотрены методические подходы к измерению влияния ограничений на эффективность корпоративных стратегий российских компаний. Предложена концептуальная модель влияния ограничений инновационно-технологического менеджмента на снижение эффективности корпоративных стратегий российских компаний.
The article examines the role of innovation and technology in the strategic development of Russian companies, examines the main mechanisms of the impact of the limitations of innovation and technology management (rising costs, limited access to technology, staff shortage). Using the example of relevant works by foreign and Russian researchers, it is shown how these restrictions affect profitability, investment attractiveness, and capital expenditures. A classification of the impact of restrictions on measurable financial and innovation indicators is proposed. It is proved that the innovation activity of Russian companies is slowing down under the influence of restrictions. A comparative analysis of the impact of restrictions on the effectiveness of strategies in the industry context is carried out, and the consequences of restrictions on modernization and digitalization strategies are considered using the example of some Russian companies. Methodological approaches to measuring the impact of restrictions on the effectiveness of corporate strategies of Russian companies are considered. A conceptual model of the impact of the limitations of innovation and technology management on reducing the effectiveness of corporate strategies of Russian companies is proposed.
