Актуальные рыночные условия требуют изменений существующих подходов к управлению предприятиями. Всё большую популярность и востребованность приобретают гибкие методы управления, сочетающие в себе процессный и проектный подходы. В данной статье исследуются бизнес-процессы предприятий проектно-изыскательской сферы, выявляются их специфические характеристики и особенности принятия решений по управлению бизнес-процессами. Несмотря на то, что процессное и проектное управление представляют собой разные подходы, их сочетание в современных реалиях является важным условием сохранения конкурентоспособности организаций. Бизнес-процессы проектно-изыскательских компаний рассматриваются в работе с точки зрения их традиционной классификации на основные (производственные) и обеспечивающие (вспомогательные) процессы, процессы управления и процессы развития, а также их отраслевой специфики. Выделяются факторы, влияющие на выбор варианта сочетания проектного и процессного управления бизнес-процессами. Во введении рассматриваются теоретические основы понимания бизнес-процессов, эволюция взглядов на процессное управление, ключевые характеристики бизнес-процессов. В основной части работы представлена типология бизнес-процессов с учетом специфики проектно-изыскательской отрасли, обоснована важность сочетания проектного и процессного управления. В заключении сформулированы выводы по выбору и внедрению оптимального варианта сочетания проектного и процессного управления, которые могут быть использованы для разработки оптимальной модели управления бизнес-процессами проектно-изыскательских компаний.
Current market conditions require changes in existing approaches to enterprise management. Flexible management methods that combine process and project approaches are becoming increasingly popular and in demand. This article investigates business processes of enterprises in the engineering and surveying sphere, identifies their specific characteristics and features of decision-making on business process management. Despite the fact that process and project management are different approaches, their combination in modern realities is an important condition for maintaining the competitiveness of organizations. Business processes of engineering and surveying companies are considered in the work from the point of view of their traditional classification into primary (production) and supporting (auxiliary) processes, management processes and development processes, as well as their industry specifics. Factors influencing the choice of the option for combining project and process management of business processes are highlighted. The introduction considers the theoretical foundations of understanding business processes, the evolution of views on process management, and the key characteristics of business processes. The main part of the work presents a typology of business processes taking into account the specifics of the engineering and surveying industry, and substantiates the importance of combining project and process management. In conclusion, conclusions are formulated on the selection and implementation of the optimal option for combining project and process management, which can be used to develop an optimal model for managing business processes of engineering and surveying companies.
