В данной статье проведен комплексный анализ современных методов управления проектами в строительной отрасли России за период 2022-2024 гг. в условиях геополитических изменений и экономических ограничений. Рассмотрены ключевые тенденции цифровой трансформации отрасли, включая внедрение BIM-технологий, гибких методологий и автоматизированных систем управления. Особое внимание уделено вопросам импортозамещения программного обеспечения и адаптации международных стандартов управления проектами к российским реалиям. На основе анализа статистических данных и результатов экспертного опроса оценено влияние современных методов управления на эффективность реализации строительных проектов. Исследование показало, что комплексное внедрение инновационных методов управления позволяет сократить сроки реализации проектов на 15-25%, снизить затраты на 10-18% и улучшить показатели качества на 20-30%. Статья демонстрирует специфику российского подхода к управлению строительными проектами, отражает текущий уровень цифровой зрелости отрасли и определяет перспективные направления её развития в соответствии с национальными программами цифровизации экономики.
This article provides a comprehensive analysis of modern project management methods in the Russian construction industry for the period 2022-2024 in the context of geopolitical changes and economic restrictions. The key trends of digital transformation of the industry are considered, including the implementation of BIM technologies, agile methodologies, and automated management systems. Special attention is paid to the issues of import substitution of software and adaptation of international project management standards to Russian realities. Based on the analysis of statistical data and results of an expert survey, the impact of modern management methods on the efficiency of construction projects implementation was assessed. The study showed that the comprehensive implementation of innovative management methods allows reducing project implementation time by 15-25%, costs by 10-18%, and improving quality indicators by 20-30%. The article demonstrates the specifics of the Russian approach to construction project management, reflects the current level of digital maturity of the industry, and identifies promising directions of its development in accordance with national programs for digitalization of the economy.
